Regardless, Sonic's customer experience and support has been amazing so far, just hoping the internet can be reliable as right now it's not and I'm having to go back to the Xfinity internet in order to have a stable connection.

I will update here once I receive the new Eeros and the 1gb router to see if the same issue is happening.

FYI Sonic has sent out new Eeros for me to test if this is an Eero issue but I highly doubt it.

I'm using the brand new Mac 16" and tested this across about 5 devices and getting the same thing, also happening with my partners devices too. It feels like some form of throttling is happening on sonic. Even facebook,reddit, google will take maybe 15-30 seconds to load a page. I am however experiencing a worse issue with sonic internet in general, i'm getting a good connection for about 10 minutes, and then regularly the internet will just freeze and i won't be able to access pages. I don't recommend thE Eeros, I would instead purchase a router capable of 1 gig wifi (i've just purchased and will be swapping out from the Eero's after some testing.) I don't really understand why Sonic advertise the 1gig experience and then recommend a sub-par router. (Xfinity does provide a router capable of 1gb). (I chose to move to sonic for the high up speed) I actually still have xfinity live so I am able to test both connections in real time to compare them The sonic Eero devices are super disappointing on wifi, as they are limited to 300-350bs on wifi, so you are wasting the whole 1gig experience unless you plan to wire everything. Previously I was with Xfinity getting 900 Mbs Down and about 12 mbs up. I'm using the new Eero mesh network devices, and getting about 750 mbs down and 750mbs up.

I've just had sonic installed in San Mateo a few days ago.
